At Let's Celebrate Parties we want to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy all the benefits we can offer.  That is why at any time throughout the checkout process you can contact us with questions or queries you may have.

By Phone:  1300 664 012 or 0419 520 757, our staff are ready to help with your enquiries at all times of the day, 7 days a week.

By SMS:  Customers wishing to text/sms their enquiries can do so and we will respond or call back usually within 1 hour of receiving your request.

By Email:  sales@letscelebrateparties.com.au, We can't promise an immediate response to your e-mails but we will always do our best to ensure that your message is dealt with within 1 hour during normal office hours.

Layby:  We understand that at times your orders can become quite large and you may like some time to pay off your orders.  This is why we offer our Layby Service which we will periodically contact you for part payment of your items, and agree with you a suitable date to have your items arrive at your door.

Giftwrapping and Alternative Delivery Address:  At times online ordering can be restrictive on time, by the time you receive the items i.e. A costume, and then you may need to post the item to another address.  We understand the frustration of it all and so on request will Giftwrap* your items (along with your chosen greetings) and send them to an alternative address and note the sender as yourself therefore only needing to pay for a single post charge.

Credit Card Security: All Let's Celebrate Parties purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a Secure Server.  Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we process your order.  When you place your online order your credit card isn't debited until after we retrieve the order and process it.  Only when your order is packed ready for despatch and in most cases actually sent will we debit your card through our normal banking arrangements.
