Your party supplies will be sent via Courier. Posting days are normally Monday - Friday, mostly overnight.

Costume Flat Rate Delivery is $12.50 each Costume

In the event that the freight charges are higher than what is specified at checkout, you will be contacted to discuss the extra charges. This may occur with heavier and large orders, or if we send to certain areas of Australia. Also, if you are making a very small order, please feel free to email us and we will let you know if the freight may be cheaper.
International Post (Outside Australia)
International freight is also available and will incur additional post charges so please contact us for further informtion. If placing an order you will be contacted prior to any additional fees being debited, and your item/s will not be sent until these fees are finalised.
*We can not be held responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Returns
Please choose carefully as we will not refund any purchases due to change of mind. If your product is faulty or does not appear as described then you should contact us within 5 days and returns should be made within 7 days thereafter for a full refund or exchange of the product.

- Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
- Return Postage is at the customers expense.
We also cannot be held responsible for lost items in transit and we do encourage you to use registered methods to enable us to track your item. Lost items in the post will not be refunded. Postage for returned items is to be paid by the customer.
