Multi Purpose Sponge Mix Method

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Electric Mixer
  • Baking Tin or Patty Pan Cases
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Bakels Multi Purpose Sponge Mix
  • 460 ml Water
  • 400 grams Eggs

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into mixing bowl
  • Whisk together on low speed and scrape down
  • Whisk on top speed for 6-8 minutes
  • Then on second speed for 2 minutes
  • Add mix to baking tin/patty pan cases
  • Bake in oven at 160-180 degrees
